- Diploma/Associates Degree/2/3 year collage program with 2 to 6 years of experience.

1- Provide administrative skills including word processing, filing, telephone answering, mail delivery, etc..
2- Maintain a file of standard correspondence and form-type letters for quick and easy distribution.
3- Maintain a correspondence diary for Department General Manager and Managers as required.
4- Coordinate urgent messages to and from Department General Managers and Manager`s offices.
5- Ensure that necessary arrangements made by the concerned departments for meetings as required for
Department General Manager and Manager.
6- Coordinating for receiving and forwarding documents regarding SAMREF’s various business activities
with local government agencies on a day-to-day basis.
7- Maintain confidential and general correspondence files.
8- Draft &type confidential materials.
9- Issue reports & Press release as assigned by Department General Manager and Manager.
10- Assist to develop and perform other tasks as assigned by the Department General Manager and
11- Performs duties of VP/EVP and, President &CEO Office Administrator during the original incumbent
absence as needed.
12- Help to train and develop temporary/new secretaries as required
13- Manage all activities & support during department major events under the general direction of the
Department General Manager and Managers.
14- Interact with Immediate Supervisor’s visitors to mitigate pressure in a prioritized manner and help create
proper working climate.
15- Perform any related duties as and when assigned by immediate Supervisor


1- English (Speaking & writing).
2- Computer Skills, especially in Microsoft office.
3- Excellent Interpersonal skills.
4- Diplomatic & Public Relations Skills are required.
5- High Level of Business Communication.
